Project/Activity brief and purpose: The overall aim of the project is to contribute to poverty reduction and improve the overall quality of life amongst displaced and low-income families in the suburbs of Khartoum and in rural areas in North Kordofan State. The project will provide access to credit on the basis of Islamic lending practices, namely ‘murabaha’ for increasing family incomes through income generating activities and self-employment opportunities. 

Key activities: Selection and Training of Credit Management Committees.  Implementation and Loan Disbursement;

Monitoring and loan collection/revolving.
